"18D is a team operator like everyone else. He is distinguished by the practitioners' mediators by the fact that 18D must be able to treat and maintain a patient for a longer time. It often works in conditions where it takes days to evacuate and the best medical care in the area is 18D itself.
He is currently the best in the world for first aid in the midst of chaos and battles. If necessary, it can be deadly for the enemies and the saviors themselves."

It is interesting. In what conflicts there are a "days for evacuation"?
I mean, in Chechnya (at the second campaign) there was limit - four hours from the moment of being wounded to be in the medical battalion. If more - Chief Medic lost his money or, may be, even the rank.

In regular activities - you're right.
Here we are dealing with Estonian soldiers of special forces - that is, the specificity of the operation (long-distance reconnaissance, irregular operations, etc.) is slightly different and the waiting time for evacuation may be longer.
