On the flagship HDMS Niels Juel (F363) the Danish Task Group staff is joined by officers from NATO allies Sweden and Finland during exercise BALTOPS 24. The exercise provides important training for Danish Task Group upcoming NATO assignment in SNMG1 in just a couple of months Standing NATO Maritime Group 1
Denmark was the first country (as far as I know) to get an ash-tray support on all operational consols.... Shortly after delivery, smoking on the bridge/ops would no longer be allowed.
