The narrator does not talk much about drones. He mentioned UAVs once. He talks much more about rocket shelling and using cluster ammunition by the Azerbaijani forces, on the other hand.

Russia’s Security Guarantees for Armenia Don’t Extend to Karabakh, Putin Says

“It is deeply regrettable that the hostilities continue, but they are not taking place on Armenian territory,” Putin said.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov was more explicit, saying Russia's obligations under the CSTO "do not extend to Karabakh."

Russia had no obligations towards Donbass either. But then Debaltsevo happened.

The nature of international law and relations work as follows: "If it benefits us, we uphold it, if it doesn't benefit us to uphold it, we won't uphold it.
If it benefits us to say that we should uphold it, then we will say we should uphold it. And if it doesn't benefit us to say that we should uphold it, then we will say that we shouldn't uphold it."
This is 101 of international relations basically. Used by everyone from Russia, to FSU, to USA, to NATO, to EU, to Turkey, to China (although not following Chinese politics to say with certainty)
So if anything happens in Nagorno-Karabakh that suddenly piques Russia's interests, rhetoric OR actions will be whatever they will want them to be.

Guys, reading some Russian news reports, boy do they change sides every day, but anyway found a curious bit. Russians claim that Spike-ER и Spike-NLOS supplied by Israel are extremely effective in mountain combat and ambushes conducted by Azeri special forces teams dropped at night by helicopters. Any photo / video evidence? Do Azeris even have them?

The Azeris bought 350 LRs and 250 NLOSs. That’s what Wikipedia says.

do they change sides every day

They don't but different people there have different opinions despite of fake narrative our fake news media keeps pushing about total government control over Russian media. In fact there are both Ar and Az lobbies in Russia and Israeli lobby as well who might like to claim that Spike-ER и Spike-NLOS supplied by Israel are extremely effective in mountain combat and ambushes conducted by Azeri special forces. In fact it doesn't look like Az blitz worked.
