Photos Armenia v Azerbaijan

Everything that Armenia is using is from Russia. Including some of latest equipment. Pretty much Russia supplied it for combat testing purposes.

Here is an example. "Repellent-1 is an anti-unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) warfare system" knocked out by one of the UCAV in Azerbaijan arsenal.

As I said, the article makes it crystal clear that the Armenian Army does not use any Russian drones, so all of them were produced locally. It may be a different story when it comes to anti-drone systems.

On the other hand, there's a very little-known fact that Russia donated 16-30 T-90Ss to Armenia after the conflict in 2016.

Up to that particular point, Armenia had just one T-90S won during the tank biathlon competition in 2014, as seen here:

The Polish article also says that Azerbaijan acquired 94-100 T-90Ss from Russia after 2011.

According to the remarkable information of the "Geopolitical Cyprus" analytical center in Cyprus, the use of Turkish Bayraktar TB-2 attack ATS on the Artsakh front is coordinated by Turkish General Goksel Kahya, who previously coordinated the use of ATS in Libya.

This is definitely more believable than made up stuff about Turkish F-16s flying around all over the place and hundreds if not thousands of Jihadis. Although, when it comes to the latter, Azeris are also spouting similar nonsense about Kurdish mercenaries on Armenian side.

BBC: Syrian militants are fighting in Karabakh, interview with one of them

The Syrian citizen said that he was recruited by the pro-Turkish "Syrian National Army" and is currently in Azerbaijan. The BBC Arab service published an interview with him.

“I didn't know we were going to fight” With these words Abdullah (a pseudonym at his request) opened his conversation with me on a chat app.

The chat was not straightforward, as he was sending his answers in a hurry when he was staying in a military gathering of the Azerbaijani army, so that none of the leaders would see him there and he would get a deterrent punishment from them.

This gathering is located on the border with Armenia, and strict control was imposed on the fighters residing in it, especially in light of the current war in the Nagorno-Karabakh region, which was disputed between Azerbaijan and Armenia centuries ago.

In addition, according to BBC sources, several families from Turkey have received notices of the death of their relatives in Azerbaijan. Baku and Ankara deny this information.

Yes, absolutely, but not in hundreds to say nothing in thousands as Armenian outlets try to portray this. Russia spent years building "fake" underground networks to move Jihadi fighters out of that region into Syria and safely dispose of them far away from its borders. There is no way Russia would allow to have the same folks back. This is a red line for them in this region.

Not sure how reliable this info is, but the Russian language outlets in Israel claim that cargo aircraft from both, Azeri Air Force and state owned Silk Way Airlines have been making regular flights to Israel since September 24th, 2020.

According to incoming reports, militants from illegal armed units are being moved to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone from Syria and Libya to take a direct part in the hostilities.
We are seriously concerned about this development that not only escalates tensions in the conflict zone but also creates long-term security threats for all countries in the region.
We urge the leaders of the interested states to take effective measures to prevent the use of foreign terrorists and mercenaries in the conflict, and we call for their immediate withdrawal from the region.
