The Tajik MOD must have run out Soviet small arms to issue!? These are Hungarian (Маҷористонӣ) AK-63D (AKMS) rifles!
First (and only) former Soviet Republic to field this version. (Republic of Georgia imported AMD-65's in 2004-2006 time frame.)

I have just discovered that on googlemap, in Tajikstan, at the air base of Dushanbe/Gissar one can see 2 Su-25, 2 MiG-29 & 2 Su-24 !
However, Tajik AF is not known to have such combat aircraft, only helicopters and L-39C.
