Yes, we still have some. And UAZ is, after all, a good off-road vehicle and it is still used - if it was a specialist vehicle (for example: communication)

Begining of the exercise with the codename "Capricorn 18", taking place in the Austrian Alps. The initial phase assumes the survival in winter conditions in the snow cavities and single-person tents and marches in the mountain area.

Yep, it's MT-LB, an amphibious chassis that traces it's lineage to PT-76 light tank that was developed for the Soviet Naval Infantry.

In all photos from the "Capricorn 18" exercise you can see a new pattern of winter coveralls with masking snow pattern - this is to be a new standard, which will replace old suits that were completely white and (sold by soldiers) wearing overalls with the German "schneetarn" pattern.
