Any idea how the M1A2 crews are accepting the new tanks @Conhoon?
Too early to evaluate, especially since only about 150 soldiers are trained so far, including many technicians. Certainly, the comfort of the crew's work and safety is much greater than in the T-72 tanks, the firepower and the combat management system, engine power and driving dynamics are also praised. Procedures for overcoming water obstacles will certainly be developed - here the Leopard and PT-91 / T-72M1 had an advantage. But the logisticians are terrified - American vehicles are coming on tanks of Soviet and German origin. It is different in each case and they must know the "philosophy" of how everyone works.
