The PT-91 "Twardy" is a distinctly Polish tank, developed from the T-72 but extensively modernized in Poland to improve accuracy, durability, and engine power.

This will get complicated quick, http://gurkhan.blogspot.com/2022/04/challenger-2-721.html adding to the Leos, M1, and T-72. The most inclusive and diverse tank fleet known.
ook, if they get Challengers, the seventy-two would go to Ukraine.

And I wouldn't be at all surprised if, with Berlin watching, they wanted to get rid of the German equipment quickly, who knows if they'd get spare parts in a war, or if the current German government would stab them in the back, "in the interests of the German economy."

Poland needs to secure a stock of spare parts for the Leopard 2 A4 / A5 / PL during the war, You are right that relying on the German supply chain becomes risky. I don't think getting rid of the Leopard tanks is a priority at this point - due to:
1. The ongoing modernization of the A4 tanks to the PL standard,

2. Large quantities of T-72M / M1R and PT-91 (based on the T-72M version)

And, further to last, Great Britian is to send AS90s as well. Plus, Germany is sending Marder APC.
To be more precise: Great Britain is to send an AS90 to Ukraine (in Poland only Ukrainian crews will be trained by the British - probably at the Nowa Dęba training ground). Challenger 2 tanks are coming with British crews to strengthen NATO's eastern flank, and no one in Poland is talking about adopting this type of tank for the Polish Army.

As for sending the Marder transporters, I do not know how it would be done, but the most likely route is through Poland. I don't know anything about training Ukrainian Marder crews in Poland.

So this equipment is not much in common with the Polish Army.

Edit:

As for the new tanks, the first batch of 28 Abrams tanks are expected to be delivered this year.
There is also the Polish "Wolf" program, which provides for the purchase / production of a new type of tank (in my opinion, it is worth observing the test results in Norway).
As for IFV for Poland, in 2022, four "Borsuk" infantry fighting vehicles will probably be delivered to soldiers for testing, informed Sebastian Chwałek, the president of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa. After June 2022, qualification tests are to begin, serial production is expected to start in 2023. There is no point in starting the training of personnel for Marders, if at the same time a new IFV, of Polish production, is introduced.

The PGZ-NAREW consortium concluded an agreement with MBDA regarding the schedule and terms of delivery of the NAREW system components from the British partner. The contract will allow for the integration of the MBDA launcher and missiles with the radar station and the C2 communication and command system produced by the Polish defense industry.

The agreement between the PGZ-NAREW Consortium and MBDA UK confirms the readiness of the British partner for fast and efficient deliveries - CAMM missiles and iLauncher launchers - which will be integrated by the members of the Consortium as part of the concluded April 14 this year. contracts for the accelerated delivery of two short-range air defense fire units for the Polish Armed Forces.

Sebastian Chwałek, president of the management board of PGZ S.A. said: Today's contract allows us to confirm the further schedule of integration work, the progress in which depends on how quickly we are able to strengthen our country's air defense. The signed document is also another step towards concluding a strategic agreement with our British partner in the production of launchers and missiles at our plants, crucial for the success of the entire NAREW program.
