Edward COOK. Lance Corporal 18932, 9th Cheshire Regiment. Born 1889 at Great Budworth son of Mr and Mrs Mosley? Husband of Ellen Cox (formerly Cook), of 1, Nelson's Place, Northwich, Cheshire. Died at General Hospital, Colchester, Essex 24 May 1918 aged 29 years. His widow was granted a war gratuity 9 September 1919, revised 6 November 1919.

At rest in St Mary and All Saints Churchyard, New part grave 417. Great Budworth, Cheshire.
