Born 28 December 1891 at Hereford, Herefordshire enlisted 6 January 1914 on HMS Victory I civilian occupation, clerk. 1911 residing with siblings and parents William and Emma Hooper at 35 Eign Road, Hereford. Died 23rd January 1935 aged 43 from septicaemia on board ship at Greece.
