Food & drink What are you drinking?

Sockeye Brewing's Lonesome Larry Lager. Very nice and light and clean, but not watery! Really hit the spot after a sunny hike at about 6,000 feet in some mixed lodgepole and burnt lodgepole pine country.

I have been drinking a beer that was taken out as a special edition for the 100 years of the Colombian Air Force, it is a craft beer with a very good taste and body, the bottles have a special design with the most emblematic aircraft of our history, I will soon upload the photos!

Any of you on Untappd?

I was on there for a bit but didn't really like it, its features are fast and smooth but I like www.beeradvocate.com better. Not looking to promote particularly but that site and forums membership has better knowledge IMO. Mostly an American crowd with some Euros from all background. If you get past their verbosity it's a decent place as well.

Have you ever seen such a thing ....lolololol

I can honestly say that can is theeee worst garbage ive ever drank

I was including you guys in Europe though. Geographically anyway; you’re one of us ;)

And I know you brits are pretty much spoiled beer wise. Have you ever had a Cloudwater beer from Manchester? They are known to be the top notch British brewery for some years now.

Yeah had numerous cloudwater beer, but IMHO they are pretty standard microbrewery beers, with little to distinguish between them and others, but I've never had a bad one.

Some of my favourite breweries at present.... Tiny rebel, Adnams, Bakers Dozen (very tiny and local), Nene Valley, Northern Monk, Thornbridge and numerous amercian breweries.

Whats the verdict @Jake84?

Currently on my 4th cup of coffee. Drink of champions.

It’s a perfect breakfast beer but not for pansies. 8,3% of strong flavors of chocolate and coffee oatmeal. A nice start to ones weekends day, just make sure you stay home and have no impending obligations.

Another New Belgium collab, with Cerveceria Primus from Mexico City:

This beer is called Mural. It is an "agua fresca" cerveza. Actually, think of a not really sour "sour", or a sourish fruity koelsch. It was nice on a hot day, with a mixture of fresh fruit flavors and agave.

I’ve had a few shots of various fruits flavored Tequila a friend brought from a trip to Mexico ??. So not the poor quality, cheap tequila we can find anywhere outside of some Latin countries.

No pics but they were really tasty. I liked particularly the vanilla one. Palate friendly stuff. Also had only one shot of a good quality rum but I can’t handle any rum anymore.

Homemade limeade w/o sugar and booze - by the pint. Just fresh tap water with only so much lime juice added to give it some refreshing tartness and bitterness. Works surprisingly well against the summer heat.
