Classix - replacement runway (1988) - Bundeswehr

When the freeway becomes the runway for fighter jets and transport aircraft. Aircraft from Germany, the Netherlands, Great Britain and the USA train for take-offs and landings on a motorway. The field airport has a mobile tower and radar systems that regulate air traffic. The machines are serviced, refueled and ammunitioned in large parking lots.
