Marines are armed with: Tavor assault rifles (TAR-21), Negev Commando (Negev SF) light machine gun chambered for 5.56 × 45 mm, IMI SR-99 sniper rifle and Matador 90 mm disposable anti-tank grenade launcher.
All weapons are Israeli-designed and partially produced under license at the Z111 weapons factory of the Ministry of Defense of Vietnam.

Yes 9 O' Clock rails suggest that it's a newer variant & camo pattern is US Woodland BDU.
