PS,Israel had bid sale Tiran to Thai in 1985-86,but bid failed!
data from battlefield weekly(Thai language military news weekly)
I think because Thai sale T-69II from Norinco by friendly price and newer than Tiran, mainly make better relations with Chinese
And Thai had Muslim 5% of popular, and good relation with Arab and Muslim,Thai didn't this bought sale destroy relation with Arab and Muslim!
Uruguayan had very less Muslim popular, and normal relation with Arab and Muslim, they sale Tiran from Israel by comfortable!
