Isn't it dangerous from you guys that Syria is currently being governed by an Islamist regime? I mean, while Hamas is defeated, now you're facing a new problem— a large neighboring country filled with jihadists, instead of a small country like Lebanon or the densely packed urban warfare of Gaza.
