Yes, when they take part in training organized by the French.

Below is additional information from the report posted by Korps Mariniers:

"Last late summer, a section of the Marine Squadron Carib (𝐌𝐒𝐂), in collaboration with a section of the Caribbean Militia (𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐌𝐢𝐥), successfully completed the three-week French Commando Course in Martinique. Organized by the French Armed Forces, this intensive training focuses on operations in jungle and amphibious environments and tests participants physically and mentally.⁣
Despite limited preparation time, 15 of the 21 participants were able to complete the program and obtain the French Commando pin." ⁣
