Quote/Poem If its rubbish tell me

[Bombardier]

he held a box, so covered in dust
to open that box he said he must
he said his histroy is held within
so no more words, lets us begin

Removing the lid his eyes a glow
he saw the things from long ago
pictures of his life gone by
I saw a tear within his eye

I saw each image that he gave
a lifetimes sights they seemed to save
I saw the images of war since past
each image viewed, left me agast

he pointed out his friends to me
most of them have now ceased to be
they lost their lives in battles fought
They gave their all for peace they sought.

I asked why the pictures he hid away
And why he got them out today
His answer was the best to me
I want for them, the world to see

he did not have the technology yet
To place them on the internet
I said I know a site that I bet
will host them for you,called 'MilitaryImages.net'

Got bored and thought I would have a little fool around.

Out of the Box and onto the net
Upload those Images,the stage is set
Fantastic Images for all to see
Discuss them with pride in the worlds Military

Only one year online and its clear to me
MI.Net is the place to be
With courtesy and friendship we share our thoughts
About tanks and guns and the navy's dreadnaughts

The Worlds military is huge and theres much to learn
In politics and blame we have no concern
Only the bravery and courage that all have displayed
Shall we discuss here,let the politics fade

Im proud of our site its the best I can see
And all of our members are important to me
Its not that im bragging but I really do feel
That this military site has lots of appeal

Its free and I know, that thats the best way
I think its not right to force people to pay
Our members are what makes this site so great
Your input has helped, this site to create.
