Hoisin Sticky Ribs
These Asian sticky ribs are unbelievably tender and coated in the most delicious homemade hoisin glaze. Surprisingly easy to make!

Did this except laid on on B pepper, salt, garlic & ginger powder. 2 3/4 hours 135 deg oven, check to see if the ribs can start to pull apart but not mushy... then put it on the BBQ to get some char on it then cut it up and stir it in a bowl with hoisin sauce from the shop.
Worked easy and great, though can get the same thing now from the shop already and just heat and eat so probably won't get to do it unless she finds ribs for less.
They used to be considered pet food.
