Food & drink Hungry Boy recipes or just what you ate

Did this except laid on on B pepper, salt, garlic & ginger powder. 2 3/4 hours 135 deg oven, check to see if the ribs can start to pull apart but not mushy... then put it on the BBQ to get some char on it then cut it up and stir it in a bowl with hoisin sauce from the shop.

Worked easy and great, though can get the same thing now from the shop already and just heat and eat so probably won't get to do it unless she finds ribs for less.
They used to be considered pet food.

except added coconut and opps I spilt extra cocoa and dark cocolate chips into the mixture, also forgot to add half the sugar so thew that in at the end and it came out extra crunchy. Proof of seen by the crumbs.
I have high threshold for embarrassment and am happy to let you know my faults.

Good fat. Method?

I let it marinate in a broth first (onions, carrots, oranges, celery, ginger, etc...).
Then in the oven 40 minutes at 230°c.
Out of the oven, pepper and orange marmalade all over it.
Back in the oven at 170°C for 30minutes, scooping the juice and marmalade and putting it back on the ham until it solidifies.
