what is type of it by helicopter carrying ,and why carrying it?

It was just an exercise. The Brazilian Air Force´s EC 735 Caracal is suspending the carcass of an EMB-326 Xavante - Aermacchi MB-326.

Don't know what you really mean..but that is a EC725 Super Puma Eurocopter’s built by Brazilian subsidiary Helibras . Looks like it is moving some type of aircraft fuselage more than likely just an exercise.. The photo looks photoshopped to me.
