The great goal of the Turks and their Azeri counterparts is to occupy the Zangezur corridor in order to unify their territories, as a part of a mega future ''Turkic'' megastate, with Turkmenistan etc...

Not a fan of Russia by any means, however poking a bear in this situation is not wise.

I am curious, what is Baku's grievance now? Can they not even abide by a brokered treaty?
