Russia sells weapons to both of them and both of them sell their produce to Russia, however Russia has a military base in Armenia, which Armenians don't like but want it there because it is their guarantee of survival against Azeris and Turks so Russia plays a peacemaker role in their conflict.
 
Those 2 looks like damaged only? But there are videos on at least one T72 with ammo burned and one also hitted hard, so we have photo proofs for 4 Azer tanks out of action one surely destroyed. One BREM was burned too.

Ministry of Defense denies

Information spread by Armenia about allegedly shooting down of 3 tanks, 2 helicopters and 3 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) of the Azerbaijan Army is false and disinformation. We pointed out that, our units have complete advantage over the enemy in the front.

EDIT> Azerbaijan claim that they captured 6 villages, Armenia denies. I wouldn't be surprised if Azerbaijan claim is correct.
Armenia claims 4 helicopters of Azebaijan were shooted down but without any proof so far so it most likely that claim is not true.
