Arthur Crookenden. For sixty five years of service to the 22nd (Cheshire) Regiment.
Born 14 January 1877 to Lieutenant Colonel Henry Humphreys P and Emily Constance Crookenden, nee Wainwright.
1939 with his wife Dorothy and son at Terrace Road, Binfield Easthampstead Berkshire occupation Retired army officer C.B.S. D.S.O.
Colonel of the Regiment 1930 – 1947.
Died 23 December 1962 at Woking Berkshire.
