DSI after a shooting in Rotterdam.

Sadly 3 people died, a 39 y.o. mother and her 14 y.o. daughter, and a 43 y.o. male teacher. Suspect is arrested, a 32 y.o. guy, he apparently was a student at the hospital/academy where he shot the teacher at. In the past he was sentenced for animal abuse. The suspect and the mother and daughter lived in the same street, and the mother apparently called the police on him several times for animal abuse.

He set fire to the house of the mother and daughter where he shot them both, and he set fire in the library of the academy of the hospital.
