Hi there again everyone, its been a while since i have posted. Nearly finished all of my exams know which i'm very happy about!!!!!!!

It is just the way the system works to prevent excessive bandwidth use.

Yes, they are on my photo server, my PC and all my backups (NAS & HDD) - I known, it appear too much redundancy for some but when SHTF, you are happy to have one backup that work
