I just meant to start a thread where people could post what they are listening to at the moment and not necessarily their favorite video.

At themess we had one thread called "Post what you're listening to". 99,9% were youtube videos but you'd also have a link to soundcloud and the like here and then.
We also had various threads dedicated to different styles of music (Hip Hop, Techno and so on) but I don't see this differentiation would be necessary here at the moment. One thread for all kinds of music should be enough. I'd suggest to merge the two existing ones because it doesn't cloggs up the forum, avoids double posts and so on.
