Members of the Superior Police Department’s Emergency Response Team took part in a standoff at 1214 Harrison St. Thursday afternoon. Neighbors said they heard loud bangs shortly after noon. The department’s MRAP vehicle was deployed on the street in front of the home. Sgt.
