Knives Etc New Khukri sheath

Kydex sheaths aren't cheap.
The Kydex you can heat it up with a heat gun then press it using clamps between blocks with firm EVA foam layer glued to each block. It also will need to nearly match your knife profile. Sand with a dremel or such like to remove the EVA to match fit the handle. So when pressed it'll compress evenly along the full length of the blade.
Kydex really is better than leather in the outdoors. The knife clicks in and is held well and won't be loose. Its fairly forgiving . You can reheat and repress it a few times till you get the desired result.

I've made a few leather sheaths. I wouldn't attempt to make one for a Kukri.

Can you trace the shape and send them the profile to confirm a close match?
