It's a Stratospheric Airship flying between 20-50km high well above airliner routes and at the edge of the space (there is no rules at this altitude) . The Stratobus is part of the High Altitude Pseudo Satellite family.

Currently the model is 140m long, 32m in diameter for a dry weight of 8300kg. It can carry 85 000 cubic meter of helium. The payload vary between 250 and 400kg depending on the power consumption. the top of the airship is covered with solar panel and the propulsin rely on 4 electric motor.
The Statobus can work with wind up to 90km/h.

The Stratobus can be used as a radio frequency relay, an ISR or radar vector.
It can stay for 12 month over an area (it just need to refill helium every year) and a complete checkup every 5 years.

The French army may get 4 or 5 and deploy them in the Sahel to monitor jihadist activity.

Singapore is interested in the system for maritime surveillance , some private company like google are also interested (for Internet relay) , the oil industry can use them for pollution detection, refinery security, .....

The US Navy has awarded unmanned systems developer Aquabotix another contract for work on its micro swarming unmanned surface vehicle (USV) project.
The Australian-listed and Massachusetts-based unmanned vehicle company has received a total of US$70,000 to further develop its SwarmDiver concept.
This initial development project will conclude with a testing and demonstration to various US Navy personnel.
The system will be tested at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport’s Narragansett Bay test facility.
“This is a second project involving SwarmDiver and the United States Navy, in the last seven months,” Whitney Million, Aquabotix’s chief executive officer, commented. “This development contract will provide greater flexibility in the systems’ use while maintaining the benefits of conducting an unmanned mission. We look forward to demonstrating this transformative technology advancement.”
The SwarmDiver USV is capable of diving to 50 meters and swarming in groups of 40 or more vehicles. The swarming algorithm allows vehicles to communicate with each other to make decisions as a group. According to the company, the SwarmDiver is capable of quickly and accurately self-arranging in various swarm formations as well as dive simultaneously to collect synoptic data sets.
A video shared by the company shows the SwarmDiver concept in action.

And now Behold! Some Korean Fan Boi aircraft carrier renderings...apparently the person creating this beast has no idea how a carrier or LHA operates...it might be ok if he'd not place that extra island so close to the angle. And those VLS cells right infront of the foward island.

Trust me this ship is way out of wack. This video is over 3 years old. That ramp at the end of the angle deck just won't work when bolters happen...

Chinese CGcargo aircraft. With all that weight centered on the fuselage with those four giant engines.. would this aircraft fly? And the heat generated by those engines better be properly dissipated.

From 2015....I'll believe it when I see it
