An East German MiG-21PF, modified to carry 4 R-3S missiles.

Albania received twelve J-7s from China in 1969, and used them until 2004. Only two were lost in accident. They were close copy of the MiG-21F-13, with the capacity to carry PL-2 (R-3S) IR missile.
They are often uncorrectly called F-7A, but F-7A was the designation of some for Egypt, with two cannons and a drag chute on the tailfin.

Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-21 'Fishbed' and Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-19 'Farmer' in South Korean markings (defection aircraft) with USAF F-4E Phantom II taking off in background.
Otherwise, they're a Chengdu J-7I, recognizable by its left cannon (which the MiG-21F-13 doesn't have) and a J-6C, with a braking parachute at the base of the tailfin. (which MiG-19 doesn't have)
