Hi I'm Pietje (Peter) from the Netherlands, age nearly 60 and being researching WW2 since I was a child. My main field of interest is the battle at Arnhem. I have helped quite a number of friends with book publications about the Arnhem battle and the BBC and Discovery channel in the mid 90's with some documentary's as well helped as a 'expert' with the documantary DVD that was sold with the Bridge Too Far Movie. Im working om some smaller articles but hope to publish a book about the 1 Para at Arnhem. Other fields of interest are the Ardennes (Bulge), Stalingrad and North Africa. I hope to learn here, to have some interesting discussions and if possible to help where I can.
