Hi, my name is Jared, and I will be posting here primarily to try to identify a WWII veteran who served with one of my great-grandfathers. I’m unsure if his family has a copy of a particular photo, but if they don't, I would love to provide them with a copy.
Both my biological and adopted families have a strong military history. My biological great-grandfathers served in WWI; one was just 15 years old, and the other was about 20. One of my great-great-grandfathers was a pilot during WWI.
In the family that raised me, I have two uncles who served in the military. One of them served in Bosnia, Gulf, and Iran. Their grandfather was an airplane mechanic in WWII; while he was stationed in Prince Edward Island, he was originally from Nova Scotia, which is also one of my favorite photos.
