Then sent to join 16AD REGT RA wonder if anyone knows where I can purchase passout video or programme 40 year's have passed would I do it again ??

My father joined 1942
55A/Tank then 20/ A/ Tank HQ RA then on Dday was 10 Field Dressing Station Sword beach spent 19months in total covered France Belgium Holland Germany then sent to Egypt 9 months then 7months Palestine HQ RA 3Brit Inf Div where he was casualty on duty he was disembarked 27th April 1947 back to UK
Sad part was in late 60s house was burgled all his medals where stolen but he was mad that his SS dagger was taken few war trophies that was only thing he talked about until he passed away
He never knew that I joined up

War Trophies, I understand his anger
After the first Gulf War I had about 6 brand new AK bayonets still wrapped in original paper, I hid them in my Fv432 but they searched them when they landed back in Europe and I never saw them again, I was gutted to say the least.
