The Anápolis Air Base (BAAN) held the Open Gates 2024 event, receiving around 60 thousand people. The public had the opportunity to see up close aircraft from the Brazilian Air Force (FAB) and the Brazilian Navy (MB), as well as civil aircraft. The highlight was the display of the Saab JAS-39E Gripen fighter jets and the launch of Brazilian Army paratroopers by the KC-390 Millennium.
