Gripen E undergoes tropical testing in northern Brazil / The recent climate tests conducted in the Belém Air Force Base exposed the Gripen to hot and humid conditions, with temperatures reaching approximately 35ºC and humidity of 85% at sea level.

These tests included the carriage of a range of external store configurations, such as IRIS-T and Meteor missiles, as well as drop tanks.

The C-390 Millennium of the Brazilian Air Force (FAB) recently participated in the Storm Flag Operational Exercise, in Louisiana, United States. The objective was to strengthen the partnership and interoperability between the both Air Forces, in addition to contributing to the improvement of Tactics, Techniques and Procedures related to the use of transport aviation in conflict environments.

The MSS 1.2, designed for the anti-tank platoon of Infantry and Cavalry units, has the primary mission of destroying enemy armored vehicles. Additionally, it can be used against other targets such as vehicle concentrations, fortified structures, fuel and ammunition depots, armored boats, and low-flying helicopters. This project is advancing towards its final phase before the formal adoption by the Brazilian Army.
