Finnish Coastal Defence Ship Vinminen. It was difficult to pick up ship class for this, but i think destroyers in other navies during WWII are closest in size, it might also be light cruiser. Vinminen and it's sister ship Ilmarinen were/are biggest military ships Finland ever had. This photo of Vinminen is taken in 1932
