Extended Description: Veronica Margaret CREIGHTON. Staff Nurse.
Nursing in Salford Royal Hospital, Greater Manchester.

Born 25 January 1919 to Michael (Constable RIC) and Rose Ann Creighton (nee Brady), of Ruan, Coropin, County Clare, Irish Republic.

Killed in the Salford Royal Hospital, Greater Manchester 2 June 1941 aged 22 during the blitz. She is laid rest along with nurses E Haslam, B Leonard, M. Lynch, P McCrosson in a mass grave at Wardley Roman Catholic Cemetery. At rest in Salford Cemetery Greater Manchester. (Greater Manchester Blitz Victim)
