- Thomas William HEDLEY. Trumpeter 2818, Royal Artillery. Born 1867 at Carisbrooke, baptised 31 March 1867 at St John Church, Carisbrooke, Isle of Wight to Thomas (Trumpet Major with Isle of Wight Militia) and Mary Ann Hedley. 1871 residing with his parents and siblings at 32 Heaven Street, Newport, Isle of Wight, Hampshire. 1881 Trumpeter aged 14 years in the Royal Artillery at Military Barracks, Sheerness garrison, Kent. Died in Malta 13 October 1920 aged 53 years.
Alice, wife of Charles HEDLEY. Born 13 June 1893 died in Malta 8 June 1945.
