- Private 24280827 Robert David BENNETT, 8th County Tyrone Battalion. He was shot dead by the PIRA at work along with his workmate Malcolm Cullen who was not in the Security Forces, at a timber yard on the Ballygawley Road, Dungannon, County Tyrone on the 7th September 1984 aged 45. At rest at St Michael's churchyard, Castlecaulfield, County Tyrone.
