Extended Description: Pte 12697, 8th Leicestershire Regiment. He died at La Touret Hospital 18th September 1915 aged 20, from wounds received in action. Son of Job & Emmeline Annie Stimpson nee Pepper

Commemorated on a family memorial at Nottingham General Cemetery and is interred at le Touquet Paris Plage Communal Cemetery, France
