Reginald Trevor SHAW. Flying Officer, Pilot 43345, formerly RAF Sergeant 515635 Royal Air Force, No 8 Maintenance Unit, RAF Little Rissington. Killed in a flying accident at Hillcot Wood, Andover, Hampshire, 23 October 1940 along with Flying Officer Ian Forbes Davies.

At rest in St Peter Churchyard, Little Rissington, Gloucestershire.

He had married Anna Brunnsteiner in 1939 in Bourton-on-the-Water and had lived there whilst serving as a sergeant pilot at RAF Little Rissington. He had been commissioned in May 1940.
Shaw and Davies were killed when their Percival Proctor P6274 flew into the ground in bad visibility at Hillcot Wood, Andoversford at 1730.
