Born 4 February 1902 to George and Alice Filcher. 1911 residing with his parents and siblings at 24 Baker Street, Bucknall. Husband of Sylvia Rosina Filcher, nee Moreton. of Leek. Staffordshire. 1939 with his wife at 156 Junction Road, Leek, Staffordshire, occupation, silk charge room.
Died in Buckinghamshire 15 December 1941 aged 40.
At rest in St Mary Churchyard Bucknall, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire.
