Brigadier, Charles Esmond Morrison, D.S.O., M.C. Born 17th June 1893 and died 1st May 1966 He joined the army in August 1914. Commended the 1st Battalion 8th The "British Battalion" 1941 to 1945 Leicestershire Regiment. This memorial is in Leicester Cathedral.
