- Michael O’TOOLE, Stoker 1st Class, D/KX140395, Royal Navy HMS Hannibal. Born 2nd December 1918 at Galway, Ireland to John and Julia O’Toole, of Galway, Ireland. Died 8th November 1943 aged 25 from fractured skull and multiple injuries caused by road accident at Corradino Hill, Malta.
