Born 24 June 1912, baptised 28 July 1912 at St Mary, Ealing to Maurice Octavius and Evelyn Gladys Georgina Beale, nee Saunders of Hammersmith, London. 1912 residing with his parents and siblings at 5 Gloucester Road, Ealing, London. Died 10 October 1940 aged 28 years.
