- Lewis starred in the British TV series 'The Professionals' and a Movie about the British SAS called 'Who Dares Wins'.
Lewis completed 21 SAS selection as a civilian volunteer.
He is remembered on this Plaque at The National Memorial Arboretum, Alrewas, Staffordshire, England.
