A church warden of St Paul's who died in Valletta on the 17th July 1896 aged 40.
This tablet was erected by his brother Officers.
London Gazette dated 17th July 1896.
Wills and Admin, Ancestry. He lived at Boston Lodge, Lowestoft and was a Major in the Royal Artillery. Is death is recorded as the 17th June 1896, in Malta. His effects went to Joseph Barrett, builder and William Barret, estate agent.
