Born 29th August 1877 at Portsea, Hampshire to James Charles and Annie Maria Foxley Green, nee Corke. 1881 residing with his parents and siblings at 1 Beach Terrace, Portsea, Hampshire. 1891 still residing with his parents and siblings at 6 East View Terrace, Catherington, Hampshire. Enlisted 11th June 1897, occupation prior to enlistment, baker. Died 28th August 1920 aged 42
