Son of Colonel, The Honourable Augustus Murry & Jean Mary Cathcart of Mowbray House, Ripon and husband of Hilda Renee Cathcart of Scaggle Thorpe, Malton, Yorkshire. Commemorated on the Eton School, Roll of Honourand is buried at Paissy Churchyard, France
FILER John Gretton Pioneer 84097, 211 Field Coy, Royal Engineers died of wounds 31st July 1916. Son of Edward John and Mary nee berry of [1901 census] Hut No1, Catcleugh, Northumberland. Native of Horwich, Lancs. Buried at Vieille Chapelle New Military Cemetery, Lacouture, France
