John Steady

STEADY John. Sergeant 48466, 2nd Sussex Regiment The Pompadoors died 21st December 1919 as the result of an accident in Malta His mother Matilda was granted a war gratuity on the 15th November 1920. He may have been the son of George and Matilda Steady of (1911) lived at Church Road, Brightlingsea, Essex. His occupation was a horseman on a farm.
