Born 30 April 1918 to William and Ada Lily Coulter, nee Critchlow

Trained at the North Staffordshire Royal Infirmary, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire 1938-1941.
1939, Nursing Royal Infirmary Stoke on Trent. For the same period her parents were residing at May Bank, Church Lane, Endon, Staffordshire.

Died at sea 07 December 1942 on the sinking of SS Ceramic by three torpedoes from U-515. She was posted for duty at Capetown

Wills and Admin, Ancestry, spinster. Died 07 December 1942 at sea. Administration London 02 August 1952 to William Coulter, engineer.

Commemorated on the Endon War Memorial in St Lukes Churchyard Staffordshire

Also commemorated on a memorial which was in the North Staffordshire Royal Infirmary Chapel. The hospital is closed and the whereabouts of the memorial is unknown.
